Who handles enquiries

This website is operated by Nick Ong (Ong Shee Chiat), a real estate salesperson with PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd. Contact Nick on +65 8163 3644 for privacy questions or requests.

How the enquiry form works

The form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not save your name or message in a website enquiry database. Choosing “Continue to WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with your draft. You must send it there before Nick receives it.

WhatsApp receives information when you open its service, including the draft message supplied in the link. Your phone number, profile information available to the recipient and message are shared with Nick when you send a message, according to your WhatsApp settings.

Purpose and choices

Your enquiry is used to respond to your property questions and coordinate any information or viewing arrangements you request. The checkbox covers contact about that enquiry; it is not a request for unrelated marketing.

Please avoid entering identity document numbers, bank details or other sensitive information. You can contact Nick to ask about records held, request correction or deletion, or ask for contact to stop. Nick can explain any records that need to be retained and why.

Website operation

No advertising pixels or visitor analytics have been added to this site. Hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, device details and error logs, to serve and secure the website. The site does not use an enquiry database or a visitor account system.

External services

WhatsApp, Google Maps, Tubear and Matterport are external services. They receive information when you follow their links and apply their own privacy policies. Virtual tours and maps are linked rather than automatically embedded on this site.
